Color Bar is a small bar off the main commercial area. Owned by a Hanoi artist, location and atmosphere of this rustic ticks all the boxes with reggae, table tennis, and ice cold beer shisha Lao Cai. A great local spot if your accommodation is nearby on Fansipan, or as an optional refueling steep walk up from Cat Cat Village. Open from 2:00 until the last customer leaves.
